I felt like a badass the few times I’ve gone — a sweaty badass. Also, I had no appetite and was able to not stop at Dairy Queen down the st.

went once. brutal. it was my first yoga class (wouldn’t recommend doing that). but I think if you already do yoga it couldn’t hurt to try.

The heat is the one thing that took me a while to get use to but it feels so good during and after a session. Great way to cleanse and pacify
