No one likes fakers. No one. We all have the capacity to be fakers here and there, no one’s perfect, but if your main motivation behind every move you make in your life is to get people to like you, you’re going to be really exhausted for a really long time. There are people out there who hate Ellen and think Selita Ebanks is hideous. Crazy, but welcome to life. You can’t win ‘em all.
Why don’t you like yourself? Check out some positive affirmation books and get over whoever in your childhood made you feel like a loser. The past is in the past, you are not a loser, you are no longer fat, you are not ugly, etc. There’s nothing wrong with you. (Unless you’re just an asshole, in which case, stop.)
Also, if you think men suck, that’s the response the universe is gonna throw back at you. You create the life you think you deserve. If you’re walking around all the time like “Wow, all these people suck and I’m the queen of the world,” well, queue up your regal DVR cuz you’re gonna be spending a lot of time in front of it on your throne with your majestic Cup-O-Noodles and royal Crate & Barrell catalog.
Sorry, I don’t think men suck. I enjoy their company and their no-nonsense communication style. Also, they have dicks. Bonus. Sure, they can be fucking retards when you’re in a relationship with them but women can be sneaky little bitches so like, pick your poison. We all make mistakes.
